Here they will discover they are innately worthy and wildly capable and gain the skills they need to live values-driven lives, rich in healthy and meaningful connections.

Our mission is to empower girls to embrace their innate worth and unleash their true potential. We help our girls cultivate their strengths and become intentional about who they are being and becoming in this world.
Soulful Girls workshops help girls become more self-aware and resilient, so they can make healthy relationships, set boundaries, follow their passions and take values-driven action.
Here, every girl is seen, heard, and celebrated. When girls believe they matter, anything is possible! Girls who believe in their innate value are more inclined to speak up, challenge themselves and others, fearlessly pursue their passions, and make healthy choices.

Together, we'll create a world where every girl knows she is more than enough, capable of achieving greatness, and deserving of a life filled with joy and purpose.
Workshops are for girls age 7-11 unless otherwise specified. For ages 12 and up look below for events titled Soulful Teens.
